Payment method:
Payment will be made via Paypal. You will be charged the full payment in advance.
In the urgent/unexpected case that the project has started and you do not have the money, you will be asked to deposit at least half of the price and when the project is finished before the commission is made you will be asked for the rest of the money!
Delivery time:
Please, I ask for a little patience, I usually take between 2-5 days per order, depending on what you have asked me for (especially animatics and comics).
So I repeat, BE PATIENT WITH ME! (╥︣﹏᷅╥᷅)
Refunds policy:
Refunds before work begins: A full refund will be given if the client cancels the commission before work begins.
Partial refunds during the progress of the work: If the cancellation occurs during the initial stage (sketch), 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
No refunds will be made if the work has already passed the sketch stage or is in an advanced stage.
Refunds are not accepted in the following cases:
If the client approves the sketch and requests major or additional changes not previously discussed.
If the client changes his mind after delivery of the final work.
If the client does not provide clear references or changes the details of the order after it has started.
Errors and revisions: Minor corrections (color, small details) will be made at no additional cost, as long as they are within the terms initially agreed upon.
Major changes will require an extra charge and are not grounds for return.
Refunds for personal reasons of the client: Refunds will not be accepted if the client decides not to use or no longer wants the work delivered.
Other cases:Refund requests that do not comply with the above points will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
By placing an order, the customer accepts this return policy.
